Straighten your teeth discreetly with aligners that blend seamlessly into everyday life.
Eat, brush and smile freely - no fixed wires or brackets.
Comfortable, gradual movements that protect your teeth and gums.
Enjoy all your favourite foods and maintain your usual oral care routine.

Clear aligners are a modern way to straighten teeth without the appearance or restrictions of traditional braces. Each set of aligners is digitally designed to guide your teeth into position through gentle, controlled pressure.
With specialist orthodontic oversight, your treatment is carefully planned to deliver safe, predictable results. Every movement is reviewed by Dr Maha, a GDC-registered Specialist Orthodontist with more than a decade of hospital-based training and advanced experience in all orthodontic systems.
Choosing a specialist means your plan is built for long-term health and stability, not just short-term aesthetics.
"After more than a decade in UK teaching hospitals, my work continues to be guided by the same principles that shaped me as a clinician: precision, planning and genuine patient Partnership. My focus is on doing orthodontics properly, with depth, detail and care."

Dr Maha Aljefri completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at the University of Bristol, and gained her Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MFDS RCS Ed). She then worked in various settings including NHS hospitals in oral and maxillofacial surgery, managing head and neck trauma and caring for surgical inpatients, as well as working in private practice.
Dr Maha then pursued a career in Orthodontics attending a three-year postgraduate masters programme (MSc) at Kings College London, passing with distinction. During this time she treated complex cases and carried out a research project on interproximal reduction in Orthodontics, an alternative method to dental extractions for space creation.
She then gained her bi-collegiate specialist membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons in England (MOrth RCS Eng). Dr Maha is also an educator, having completed a postgraduate certificate in dental education (PgCert Dent Ed) to support her passion for teaching and training within the field of dentistry.
Dr Maha enjoys traveling and horse riding during her leisure time. Having grown up in the Middle East, she takes pride in her contributions to advancing opportunities for women in sports throughout the region.
Both systems offer discreet, removable aligners that fit comfortably over your teeth.
Whichever system is chosen, your treatment will always be personally overseen by Dr Maha, who will recommend the most suitable approach for your bite, goals and lifestyle.

Clear aligners can be used to improve both the appearance and function of your smile. They are suitable for a wide range of cases, including:
For more complex cases, Dr Maha may recommend a hybrid plan or specialist appliances, ensuring every patient receives a solution that is right for them.
At Clearly Orthodontics in Leicester, you can choose a free Treatment Coordinator consultation or a full specialist assessment with Dr Maha.
At Chancery Dental in Corby, a specialist consultation with Dr Maha is available, deductible from your treatment cost if you proceed.
A 3D digital scan creates an exact model of your teeth. You will see a simulation of how your smile will transform before treatment begins.
Your first aligners are fitted with full guidance on wear, care and comfort so you can start your journey confidently.
Your progress is monitored either in-person or remotely using Dental Monitoring (available at Clearly Orthodontics).
Once treatment is complete, you will receive removable retainers with a one-year guarantee, detailed wear instructions and complimentary whitening for comprehensive cases (ages 18+).

Each aligner is made from smooth, medical-grade material that gently guides your teeth into position. Aligners are worn for around 20-22 hours per day and changed every one to two weeks for consistent progress.
Because your treatment is specialist-planned, every stage is mapped out digitally - ensuring precision, comfort and control from your first scan to your final retainer.

Every treatment plan is unique, depending on your individual goals and the complexity of tooth movement required. After your consultation, you will receive a transparent, all-inclusive estimate covering:
Flexible payment options are available at both Leicester and Corby practices, including low deposit and interest-free finance terms, making specialist care accessible and straightforward.
Choosing a Specialist Orthodontist means your treatment is guided by years of formal training and experience focused solely on tooth movement. Dr Maha doesn’t rely on software to make decisions - she plans each case herself, ensuring every adjustment is safe, stable and designed for your long-term dental health.
Treatment time varies depending on how much movement is needed. Most cases take between 6 and 18 months. Dr Maha will give you a clear timeline after your assessment, with regular reviews to make sure your progress stays exactly on track.
Yes. Clear aligners can work brilliantly for both adults and teenagers. For younger patients, Dr Maha uses specific protocols to manage growth and compliance, ensuring results are not only straight but functionally sound.
Some patients notice a slight change for the first few days, but this quickly fades as your tongue adapts. Aligners are thin and smooth, designed to fit closely to your teeth for maximum comfort.
Regular reviews are arranged based on your case, typically every 6-8 weeks. If you are using Dental Monitoring at Clearly Orthodontics, you can reduce the number of in-person visits without compromising quality or progress.
After your treatment is complete, retainers are fitted to maintain your results. You will also receive professional whitening (for eligible cases) and clear aftercare instructions to keep your smile stable for years to come.
